Understanding Your Mailing List Requirements for Move Updating



Please read the following regarding your requirement to provide a recently updated mailing list for your mailing and acknowledge your understanding by signing the form below:

I (hereafter referred to as 'Customer') understand that any mailings completed with a mailing list provided to The Hamblin Company that is not move-updated within 95 days as required by United State Postal Service (USPS) rules, may be subject to additional postage charges and fines by the USPS because of the Customer's failure to move-update the mailing list shall be borne exclusively by the Customer and not The Hamblin Company.

The Hamblin Company may elect (but shall not in any way be obligated) to advance pay the additional postage on behalf of the Customer to facilitate delivery of the Customer's mailing. In such event, the Customer shall immediately reimburse The Hamblin Company upon request for the entire amount of additional postage paid. If The Hamblin Company elects not to pay any additional postage charged, the Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Hamblin Company from and against any such additional postal charges and/or fines.
